Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC is a full-service women's hospital and now has expanded to include a range of services for women and men: diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, a Heart Center, bariatric surgery, orthopaedics, digestive disorders, pulmonology, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive abdominal surgery, and vascular surgery.

Second Annual Women and the Environment Conference

Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC has partnered with Teresa Heinz and the Heinz Endowments to sponsor "Women's Health & the Environment: New Science, New Solutions," a free, day-long event on Thursday, Sept. 25 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The conference will feature nationally renowned environmental scientists, writers, and activists who will share the newest science in three areas essential to health in our everyday lives: air, water, and food.
